DOES THE POLICY APPLY TO WELSH AND SCOTTISH CLUBS WHO PLAY IN OUR LEAGUES? By participating in an England Hockey league or competition, the club is agreeing to all England Hockey rules,
regulations and policies, and therefore this policy would apply to all clubs playing competitive hockey in England.
