after a emergency services were called to a fire in Cardiff in the early hours of Monday morning. The fire was allegedly started outside Yang's Chinese restaurant on Penarth Road in
Grangetown, at around 1.50am on June 2. Officers from South Wales Police attended the scene and arrested a man who remains in police custody at this time. A spokesperson for South Wales
Police said: "Officers were called to an address on Penarth Road, Grangetown, at 1.50am yesterday (June 2) to reports of a fire. "Officers attended and a man was arrested on
