Based on the leaks of a few pages of Android Open Source Project (AOSP), it can be confirmed that the phone would indeed be called the Pixel 3 and there is every possibility that there may
be 2 more versions, the Pixel 3 XL and the cheaper variant with the no-frills Android Go running the device. The name has been mentioned in the ‘Cherrypick’ commit which has some technical
details about the device being worked on. However not much else about the phone awaiting release has been mentioned through these leaks.
