ABSTRACT THE third volume of Deinhardt and Schlomann's illustrated technical dictionary cannot fail to prove of enormous value in international relations. The idea is quite original.

The dictionary is in six languages, German, English, French, Russian, Italian and Spanish, and the necessity for elaborate definitions is obviated by the insertion of small sketches. The
