Yes debtor jail was abolished for good reason, but this isn’t about putting people in jail because they owe a debt, this is about people that dodge the system created to defend the people
that gave a services to those people that they didn’t pay since when did this world loose its moral value to pay it’s debts when someone provides a services to you…But that being said if you
don’t appear in court then the court is going to enforce the right to bring you to court…not to mention a lot of times a warrant is filed because a hearing of assets and the person dodges
that hearing because they don’t want the court to know about those assets…
