property could be turned into a house(Image: Strettons) A tiny house that stretches just six foot wide has sold for just £146,000. The narrow property in London, which is half the size of
its neighbours, was listed for auction on Thursday, May 22 with a guide price of £140,000.
The three-storey building was priced around £540,000 lower than the average sold price of a house in the capital last year, according to online figures.
The property on Exmouth Road in Walthamstow is currently being used as a workshop, but auction house Strettons says it has 'huge potential' for redevelopment as a residential home.
Inside it currently has an area with kitchen appliances, a small bathroom and a thin set of stairs leading up to an attic.
