A 50-year-old man fatally shot his wife in their Cosa Mesa apartment and held off police for more than four hours Saturday with threats and a gunshot in their direction before committing
suicide, police said. The police declined to identify the man or his 58-year-old wife Sunday because family members had not been notified. The couple lived in an apartment complex in the
