Park-based Sensor Products Inc. indicates whether the toilet seat is up or down. The palm-sized night light sticks to the toilet lid. Its sensor detects when a person is approaching the

toilet in the dark and turns the device on. If the seat is up, the toilet glows red and shines a bull’s-eye pattern into the bowl. If the seat is down, a green light shines over the seat.
