The cost of attending city recreation programs, freeing impounded animals, obtaining paramedic ambulance service, buying a bicycle license and receiving many other city services will
increase under a fee schedule approved Tuesday by the Board of Directors. Many of the 1,154 separate fees charged by the city were raised 6.5% to reflect an increased in the consumer price
