David E. Vaughn, 42, has been named president and chief executive of Magnesys, a venture-backed company in Santa Clara. Vaughn previously was vice president-operations.
William E. Morrison, 36, was named Magnesys vice president-marketing. Morrison previously was product line manager for Rolm Mil-Spec Computers, San Jose.
