Leasing has begun on the Home Savings of America Tower, a 24-story building under construction at 7th and Figueroa streets, in downtown Los Angeles, and targeted for completion in the spring
of 1988.
The developer, Ahmanson Commercial Development Co., has selected Coldwell Banker as the exclusive agent. The $95-million property will have 242,000 square feet of rentable office space.
