HERSHEY, Pa. — Heart transplant patient Anthony Mandia Saturday suffered from a low-grade fever of 100 to 101 degrees but was responsive and in no pain, hospital officials said.
Mandia, 44, who received a human heart Oct. 28, remained in critical and unstable condition, hospital spokesman Scott Lux said.
