A post implementation review is a process to establish the effects of a regulation: whether it is working well, and the reasons why. They are intended to inform whether a regulation should


be renewed, removed, revised or replaced. This document provides a list of all DECC’s statutory post implementation review commitments, as of Spring 2016.
