FMC REVIEWS SIX OTI APPLICATIONS
The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received six ocean transportation intermediary license applications for review. The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license
applications from ITS International Container Lines in Valley Stream, N.Y., Philip Lam, president; and Dynasty Freight Consolidator of Brisbane, Calif., Hung Cheung Ng, president. The
FMC received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from TGAX Logistics (USA), Springfield Garden, N.Y., Bosco L. Man, vice president; and Boom U.S.A. in Miami, Julian Scattonlini,
director. In addition, the agency received ocean freight forwarder license applications from LCL Cargo Services, Miami, Ron Sonbeek, president; and Inlogix Corp. San Juan, Puerto Rico,
Lemuel Toledo Gonzalez, general manager. Persons knowing of any reason why the following applicants should not receive a license are urged to contact the FMC’s Office of Transportation
