The attack took place shortly after 4pm on Dartmouth road close to Forest Hill station, Met police has confirmed. Police believe the boy is 15-years-old and confirm he has been taken to a


south London hospital. Met Police said in a statement: “Police were called at approximately 16:10hrs on Monday, 25 March to reports of a stabbing in Dartmouth Road, SE23.


“Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and found a male - believed aged 15 - suffering injuries.


“He was taken to a south London hospital where he remains in a critical condition.”


The boys next of kin has been informed and the area remains cordoned off.


No arrests are yet to be made.

In a seperate incident earlier in the day, the Met Police was called to stabbing in Dagenham.


The force rushed to Bonham Road at around 3.25pm after reports a man in his 20s was attacked.
