was last seen riding his motorbike on Charles Street about 6.15pm on Wednesday.
His bike has since been located at a Myrtle Creek Road address at Liffey.
He has light-coloured, shoulder-length dreadlocks and two tattoos including a cross on his left forearm. He was last seen wearing jeans and a black motorcycle jacket.
Anyone with information in relation to Patrick’s whereabouts should contact Tasmania Police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
