MILPITAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Dialogic Inc. (NASDAQ: DLGC) today announced that it has been formally notified by the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Department that the company has
regained compliance with the NASDAQ Bid Price Rule, as a result of the closing bid price of its common stock having been at or above the minimum requirement of $1.00 per share for at least
ten consecutive trading days. As a result, shares of Dialogic will continue to trade on the NASDAQ Global Market and the matter related to the Bid Price Rule is now closed.
