Tesco southern fried chicken instant flavour noodles have been scrapped. One Reddit user fumed: "These are my go to quick food and my local Tesco has none on the shelf and they've


disappeared off of the website too.


‌ "I'll be gutted if they've discontinued them." Another shopper said in the thread: "Probably, if you liked them, these stores always stop what people like!"

"Oh man, that sucks. I really struggle to find noodles like this I enjoy, and these are the only ones I've found recently," another wrote.


And another pointed out: "Chicken noodles with a bit of of generic southern fried seasoning will surely recreate this?"

matter what I did. Oh well, lol. Back to the drawing board it is."


"It could be discontinued or else there making new packaging/recipe and it could be back on the shelves in a few weeks , i’ve noticed it’s been happening to a lot of tesco products recently


in work i’m in charge on finding somewhere in the store for new products and a lot of them are either new recipes or smaller packaging for the same price," another commented.


"Have you tried pot noodles lost the pot chicken champion, not quite southern fried but they aren’t bad," said another, adding: "50p a go too."


‌ "There's Hearty Food Co. chicken and curry flavour instant noodles. I bought about 30 for delivery a month ago," said a fellow Redditor.


"Probably if you liked them these stores always stop what people like!" another wrote in reply to the plea from the Reddit user.


"Looks like you’re gonna have to go for asda," another laughed. Tesco is rivalled by the likes of Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Asda and Lidl, as well as Aldi.
