Welcome to this standing, beginner-level Pilates class led by Tom McCook, an instructor for the online streaming platform Pilates Anytime. In this class, you’ll learn to develop better
balance and strength. McCook will guide you in using a tennis ball and chair as props to help you find your optimal movement potential so you aren't fighting gravity. By the end of the
class, the goal is that you will feel that your body moves more efficiently and freely. Props that you may want to have on hand: a mat, tennis ball and chair. Please consult your physician
