AARP Foundation’s Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) helps make connections between older job seekers and employers. For more than 45 years, AARP Foundation’s SCSEP has been

providing employers with pre-screened, qualified candidates to fill vacant positions with no cost or risk to the employer.

Each AARP Foundation SCSEP office has a large pool of older job seekers and is ready to match potential candidates with your needs. The older workers receive new and updated training at

local community agencies. In addition to saving you time and money on recruitment, we even offer trial employment opportunities at no cost to you. We make sure the candidate is a good fit

for your business.
